Having skied since the age of 4, I turned my love for the snow into my profession, dedicating the last 20 years to it and becoming the founder and director of Evolution Ski School in Zermatt. In parallel, hospitality and tourism have been a real passion throughout my life, I expanded my knowledge in this field by working for luxury hotels in Central London and a specialist chalets/villas operator for over a decade.
